TROCA 50
The TROCA 50 personalised patellar groove prosthesis system, combined with the appropriate surgical procedures, is an excellent solution for the treatment of patellar luxation. Thanks to the individualized design, the implant fits precisely onto the trochlear articular surface of the femur. For its application, no trochlear osteotomy is required, and the fixation is supported by standard cortical screws. In all cases, the implant is made from medical metal with a 3D-printing procedure.
