Delivery
Once production is complete and payment is confirmed, your complete surgical kit is packaged and dispatched directly to your clinic or our distributor partner via express courier.
What is included in your delivery:
- The implant, surgical guides, and anatomical models as ordered
- Sterilisation and handling instructions for all products
- Case identification documentation for your records
Logistics:
- Delivery is available worldwide
- Within the EU: typically 24–48 hours transit time
- International: transit times vary by destination - we will confirm the estimated delivery window at dispatch
- International shipments are governed by Incoterms 2020 EXW terms; import duties and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery cost is borne by the customer and depends on package weight and destination
After delivery:
Our team remains available to support you throughout the surgical preparation and procedure. If you have any questions about guide usage, sterilisation, or implant placement, contact us at any point - before, during, or after surgery.
We also welcome post-operative case reports and outcome data, which help us continuously improve our designs.
