Ken Beesley-Evans

After studying Business & Finance in Liverpool, Ken began his career with Coca Cola developing his experience across different roles and channels. He then transitioned into the veterinary and animal health industry, where he has spent more than 23 years leading commercial growth, operational development and strategic partnerships across UK, EMEA and international markets.

Throughout his career, he has held sales & commercial leadership positions within organisations including Intervet Schering-Plough, Bayer Animal Health, Hill’s Pet Nutrition ( Colgate Palmolive ) and more recently at Vimian / Movora, where he was responsible for EMEA sales leadership, commercial planning, distributor development, key account partnerships and change management initiatives across corporate, referral and independent veterinary markets. Ken has also spent 2 years working directly for 2 large independent veterinary referral hospitals in Cheshire, supporting the owners and clinical teams, towards successful growth and development periods.

In recent years, alongside senior commercial leadership roles, Ken has established a specialist consultancy and business development service within the veterinary sector. In 2025, he co-founded Define Consultancy Services Ltd, supporting veterinary manufacturers, innovators and business leaders with strategic commercial development, market expansion and sales execution across EMEA markets.
