Production
Following your design approval, production begins immediately. We manufacture every component in-house using professional-grade additive manufacturing equipment.
How we produce your devices:
- Titanium implants are produced using Selective Laser Melting (DMLS) - a powder-bed metal 3D printing process that builds the implant layer by layer from medical-grade Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy, the same material standard used in human orthopaedic implants
- The latticed pin structures integrated into TROCA implants are manufactured as a single piece with the implant body - no assembly, no joints
- Surgical guides and anatomical models are produced using high-resolution polymer 3D printing, in biocompatible materials suitable for sterilisation
- All components are marked with the unique case identifier and, where applicable, drill bit diameter specifications
Quality assurance:
Every finished component is physically inspected and photographed by our team before dispatch. You receive a photographic report confirming the completed products prior to shipment.
Dispatch is only initiated after full payment of the invoice.
Note: All products are delivered unsterilised. Detailed sterilisation guidelines for both implants and surgical guides are included with every delivery.
