Sterilization guideline
Autoclave Sterilizer
Load your surgical tools into the autoclave steriliser and set it to standard settings (121°C, 1.1 bar pressure) for 45-60 minutes to eliminate all microorganisms, including spores. This method guarantees deep penetration and thorough sterilisation of complex instruments.
Gas Sterilisation with Ethylene Oxide
Sterilise heat-sensitive materials using gas sterilisation with ethylene oxide. Fill the sterilisation chamber with EtO gas to permeate and sterilise items without thermal damage, making it suitable for delicate medical and surgical devices.
Use of CIDEX OPA Solution
Disinfect medical instruments by immersing them in CIDEX OPA Solution for at least 20 minutes at 20°C. Ensure the solution flushes through the channels of the guides 2-3 times for effective sterilisation. This method is ideal for items that cannot withstand the heat of autoclaving or the chemical reaction of gas sterilisation, providing efficient disinfection at room temperature.
