Due to left hind patellar luxation in a Bolognese dog, the veterinarian requested a custom TROCA patellar groove implant. Accordingly, we prepared the corresponding positioning and drilling guides so that the implant could be easily fixed onto the femur using screws of the desired size. At the same time, the implant fits the bone by following the unique anatomical surface characteristics—without the need for any additional cuts (osteotomy).
