We visualised a Yorkshire terrier’s right stifle joint for the vet treating him. The CT-based bone density analysis models the areas well in which the bone structure is dense (or thinner). It can also help detect the pathologies within the bone. In addition, we can also take these structural characteristics into account when we design surgical drilling or cutting guides. Consequently, implants can be attached in the right place.
